Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of websites, applications, software, content, and digital products provided by resinbody LLC (“resinbody,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). resinbody LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company registered in the United States.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Certain products may include additional terms, documentation, open-source licenses, app store terms, or product-specific notices. Those additional terms apply to the relevant product and are incorporated into these Terms. If there is a conflict, the product-specific terms will control for that product.

4. WordPress Writer

WordPress Writer is intended to help users draft, manage, and publish content to WordPress websites that they own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for:

5. AI Image Organizer

AI Image Organizer is planned as a utility for inspecting, organizing, tagging, searching, and processing image libraries and image metadata. You are responsible for the images, metadata, prompts, notes, tags, and other content you process with the product.

You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to use, store, modify, organize, or export any images or metadata processed through the product.

6. ProxyScout

ProxyScout is intended for temporary proxy discovery, connectivity testing, network diagnostics, and development workflows. Free or public proxy servers can be unstable, unsafe, or operated by unknown third parties.

You agree that you will not use ProxyScout or any proxy information displayed by ProxyScout to:

ProxyScout may test TCP connectivity and display proxy metadata, but it does not guarantee that any proxy is secure, private, lawful, stable, or compatible with any target application or website.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of content and data that you provide, create, import, process, or publish through the Services (“User Content”). You grant resinbody a limited license to process User Content only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services or as otherwise permitted by you.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to use your User Content with the Services and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right.

8. Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, designs, interfaces, logos, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by resinbody or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, resinbody reserves all rights in the Services.

Open-source components or projects are governed by their applicable open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted under an applicable open-source license.

9. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, including WordPress websites, hosting providers, app stores, cloud services, proxy sources, analytics providers, and payment processors. resinbody does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

10. App Stores

If you download an app through the Apple App Store or another app store, your use of the app may also be governed by the applicable app store terms and policies. The app store provider is not responsible for providing support or maintenance for the Services unless required by applicable app store terms.

11. Payments and Subscriptions

Some Services may be free, paid, subscription-based, or include in-app purchases. If we offer paid features, prices, billing terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and taxes will be disclosed at the point of purchase or through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Unless otherwise required by law or app store policy, fees are non-refundable after purchase.

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or remove features of the Services at any time. We may also release updates, bug fixes, or compatibility changes. Some updates may be required for continued use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, resinbody disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device, operating system, website, third-party service, proxy server, or workflow.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, resinbody LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, resinbody’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to resinbody for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) 100 US dollars.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless resinbody LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk or potential legal exposure, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at contact@resinbody.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled in the courts located in Wyoming, United States, unless applicable law requires another forum.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide additional notice where required. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
